Terms of Service: Purchasing a ticket to Onward Summit means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Refunds/Canceling Your Ticket

Your registration is non-refundable once purchased. 

Cancellations of your travel and/or hotel reservations are your responsibility. 

Transferring Your Ticket

We know that things can happen, which leads to the fact that you can't attend. As we do not refund any tickets, we allow you to transfer your ticket to another person (friend or colleague). NOTE: We will not facilitate the sale of your ticket to another person.
Ticket changes cost time that we (the closer we get to the event) do not have. Therefore, all changes 4 weeks before an event are free. Changes after that date cost $20. However, we are not able to transfer your registration after a certain date, so be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you can't attend. Name changes within 7 days before an event cannot be issued. Transfer details must be sent to support [at] studiosherpas.com as soon as possible.
In summary, that means:
· Name changes until 4 weeks before an event is free.
· Name changes between 4 weeks and 7 days before an event will incur an administration fee of $20.
· Name changes within 7 days before an event cannot be made.
· We will not facilitate the sale of your ticket to another person.

Onward Voucher

If you are no longer able to use your ticket nor want to (or able to) transfer your ticket, we’d be happy to give you an Onward Voucher (equal to the amount you paid) towards the next Onward Summit. 

Code Of Conduct

All speakers, sponsors, and attendees must agree to abide by our code of conduct. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior must immediately comply. If a participant engages in any of the behavior described in the code of conduct, we may take any action we deem appropriate, from warning the offender to immediately expelling the offender from Onward Summit with no refund.

Event Cancellation

The organizers can change the date of the event or cancel the event due to low numbers of registrations as well as any other unforeseen circumstance. If the event is canceled, any registered attendee will be given the option of an Onward Voucher or a refund of the full registration fee.
Further claims against the organizer are not possible.
We cannot refund travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred in relation to the event.

Speakers and Schedule Changes

We work hard to ensure that the speakers and schedule we advertise are correct, and update these as soon as we are aware of any change. However, life events are not always in our control and therefore the speakers and schedule are subject to change without notice.
In case a speaker is not able to give a talk, the organizer has the right to find an adequate replacement.

Prices

The ticket price for the conference does not cover any travel or accommodation.

Tickets are sold separately. Only one attendee is admitted per ticket (for both on and offsite events).   

Coupons

Redemption Limit: Only one coupon code can be redeemed per ticket.

Non-Compound Offers: Certain purchases and/or promotions included a coupon for the Onward Summit. Please note that these coupons do not compound. Regardless of the number of promotions you qualified for, you will only be able to redeem one coupon code.

Accessibility

Please contact us if you want to attend the conference and have any special requirements such as access to a wheelchair. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

Photos, Videos, and Quotes

We take photos and videos at our events. We may shoot videos and photos on which you will be included. With your registration, you grant us the right to use such material taken over the days. Quotes given on interviews, Twitter, or on our feedback forms may be used for future event marketing (fully credited wherever possible, of course).

If you don't want a photo on which you are recognizable to be online, please let us know and we take it offline.

If you want to take photos, we are happy that you want to share them with the other attendees and publish them. Let us know where to find them so we can tell the other attendees about it and include the hashtag #onwardsummit

Video and sound recording of any session, talk, presentation, or workshop at the whole event is NOT permitted unless permission is given by the organizer of the event.

Copyright

All material is owned by the speaker or workshop leader. Most speakers make their slides and other material fully available after their talk. If a speaker or workshop leader provides material for attendees only, please do not share it more widely. If unsure, then ask the speaker or email support [at] studiosherpas.com.
